The University of the Third Age (U3A) is a voluntary  organisation run by older people for older people. It is run on an informal basis entirely by volunteers and provides educational, creative and leisure opportunities in a friendly environment.  

We draw on the knowledge of our own members to provide interest groups in accordance with the wishes and abilities of our members.  U3A offers the chance to study a wide range of subjects in such fields as art, languages, history,  computing and  photography and to participate in leisure activities like walking, table tennis, bowling and golf.

If you are interested in joining come along to one of our monthly meetings which are held at 2.00, Ballerup Hall, East Kilbride.  Dates for them and our activity groups are shown on the calendar.

For the next few months our monthly general meetings will be held in the Greenhills Hall as the Ballerup is unavailable
